We are seeking a highly-motivated Administration Support (Grade III) to join our team in Cork.
Job Description
The post-holder will assist in the coordination of the Community Paediatric Clinics and other identified clinics within the regional CHO4 Physical Disability Support Service to facilitate the smooth and efficient functioning of each clinic.
The role may include other administrative tasks and responsibilities as identified by the PDSS Co-Ordinator, Children's Services Manager or designate.
Essential Criteria
* Leaving certificate or equivalent standard of education
* A minimum of 1 year's relevant secretarial/administrative/medical secretariat experience
* Experience of working with software designed to facilitate processing of dictated documents
* Excellent IT skills, including extensive use of and proficiency in the MS Office Suite
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Experience of working with a healthcare database software system
Desirable Criteria
* Full clean driver's licence
* Experience of working at reception
* A relevant secretarial/medical secretariat qualification
