Cpl in partnership is seeking MAPP Navigator and Marketing Operations Specialist to join the team for a fixed term contract at their Dublin, Ringsend office with hybrid working.
The Role
This role will provide MAPP compliance and operations support for the Pfizer Healthcare Ireland marketing organization. This includes end-to end management of MAPP approvals and payments, issues and resolution while ensuring adherence to MAPP SOP for all transactions. A key part of this role will be to receive, review, asses and document all transactions coming from the business. In addition, this role will sit within the marketing team and support with planning and execution of brand plans and provide general administrative support to the wider marketing team.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
·First point of contact for transactions with healthcare professionals and external organizations and all MAPP transactions
·Initiate and manage MAPP pre-approval for all MAPP processes (Grants, Consultancies, etc.) conducting a detailed review of all information received to ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness. This should be reviewed regularly to limit out-of-SLA timeline requests.
·Liaising with Country Compliance Lead to ensure adherance to MAPP at all times
·Identifying, tracking to resolution and escalating, as required, digital issues in MAPP Navigator
·Liaison with MAPP Service Centre for ongoing support and issue resolution, both technical and operational
·Support various marketing operational tasks including but not limited to, design/production/stock control/dispatch of promotional and marketing materials, to help foster best practice sharing and efficiencies across marketing
·Collaborate with marketing as well as Patient and Customer Experience, Pfizer Digital and Biopharma Operations demonstrating a customer centric, digital first mindset
·Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation in MAPP and Ariba BOD according to MAPP
·Support the education and upskilling of all relevant colleagues helping to minimise errors, reduce risk and seek constant process improvements
·Management of contracts for entity funding and HCP engagements
·Liaison with MEET to ensure MAPP, meetings and events, colleague and customer travel and operational excellence support is provided in-market
·Ensure adherence to compliance process and global policies
·Responsible for vendor creation and maintenance
·Responsible for creation and management of HCP contracts (speaker agreements) and honoraria processes, invitations, event preparations, follow up and status reports
·Coodination with Legal and Compliance for exception management
·Align to IPHA Code of Marketing Practice
·General administrative support to marketing team
Required Skill Set
·Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
·3+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field; pharma experience a plus
·Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
·Proficient with data analysis and reporting
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
·Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy and consistency in work output
·Highly motivated individual with a proactive, compliant and continuous improvement mindset
·Ability to work independently and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced and complex environment
