This role will support the Client Services Manager with running of existing and growing high profile of contracts. This role will focus on Client Liaison, Staff Liaison, Monitoring Standards and auditing.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Duties:
Effective reporting to Client Services Manager.
Liaise with the Client on a regular basis - to take full responsibility / ownership of the portfolio assigned and act as a first point of contact to our Clients. The main objective is contract retention and company growth.
Involvement in site specific recruitment.
Escalate HR issues to HR Department.
Completion of documentation for payroll purposes.
Training and management of staff on site as specified.
Take charge of operations staff to ensure completion of operations work to a high standard.
Assist in the site familiarisation process and deliver all aspects of the initial training to all newly employed staff.
Ensure all operational key performance indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements are achieved.
Completion of induction documentation, policies and procedures.
Complete paperwork, e.g. risk assessments, incident reports.
Ensure safe working practices as per Company standards.
Conduct regular site audits.
Carry out site visits to ensure the contracts are operating in line with agreed specifications and within budget frames.
Meet regularly with Site Supervisors to ensure maintenance of high standards.
Stock control.
Ensure health and safety is applied to at all times in line with current legislation and Company Handbook.
Arrangement of annual leave and absence cover.
Provide detailed and accurate information regarding ad hoc project works, additional requirements, quotations etc.

Fluent English - Verbal and Written.

Computer literacy is essential. Excellent PC skills (proficient user of Word, Excel, Outlook).
Computerised stock system experience is desirable.
EXPERIENCE:
Two + years' experience in a similar role.
Industry specific experience is preferable.
SAP experience advantageous.
Manual Handling Training desirable.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Hours: 39 hours per week (flexible), evening site visits are required.
Probation Period: Initial probation period of 6 months. Performance will be continually reviewed.
