Due to further expansion, EZ Living Interiors is seeking a Junior Office Administrator to join our head office team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised person with strong administrative skills.
This role will be a multi-departmental role which in turn will offer the successful candidate a broad range of experience.
Key Responsibilities: Operate the main phone line and direct calls in a professional, efficient and timely manner.
Greeting visitors and staff members in a positive and friendly manner.
Organise and maintain appropriate filing and record-keeping, ready for auditing and inspection at all times.
Respond to and resolve queries from stores promptly.
Monitor incoming emails and respond in a professional, efficient and timely manner.
Assist Purchasing, Accounts, Logistics and other head office departments with overflow administrative tasks Carrying out general ad-hoc administration and office maintenance duties.
The Candidate: Excellent attention to detail.
Highly motivated and capable of working on their initiative.
Proven IT skills, MS word/excel/outlook essential.
Excellent organisational and self-management skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasks within a busy environment & to specific time frames.
Superior communication skills.
Ability to work in a pressurised environment & with individuals at all levels of the business.
