We require a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our award-winning restaurant team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform various tasks related to food preparation and organisation in the kitchen.
* Work effectively in a busy kitchen environment, preparing ingredients, chopping vegetables, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and assisting with starter section operations.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain high standards of health and safety, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines.
* Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff members, fostering good team spirit and ensuring seamless workflow.
Requirements:
* English language proficiency.
* Relevant experience in a similar role or industry.
* Ability to work legally within the EU.
* HACCP knowledge and certification.
