HR Generalist Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a highly-reputable and long-established manufacturing organisation in the recruitment of a HR Generalist to join their established HR team in County Longford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Professional to gain operational and strategic experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment whilst providing specialist HR support across all elements of the employee lifecycle and availing of a highly competitive pay/benefits package. What will you do as HR Generalist? Oversee all talent management activities from end to end including conducting interviews Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues ie. disciplinaries, grievances and appeals Devise and execute on engagement and employee recognition activities Assist in the driving and optimisation of the company's HRIS System Provide specialist HR support on policies and procedures in accordance to company objectives and employment legislation. Create HR reports to track company analytics ie. absenteeism, engagement levels and number of recruitment requisitions. What will you require as HR Generalist? Minimum of 3-4 years of Human Resources Experience Extensive knowledge and understanding of Irish Tax/Employment Law Experienced in managing employee relations cases and utilising HRIS Systems Obtained a degree in HR or a CIPD Qualification Preferable to have experience within a manufacturing organisation Proficient in utilising HR Systems and Microsoft Office applications How to apply to this HR Generalist position?
