Job Title: Senior HRBP
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our Dublin operation.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of the HR function in Dublin.
You will work closely with our UK-based centralised support team on daily operational matters and administration, focusing on strategy, culture development, and staff growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with key stakeholders to advise on HR matters and strategy within the Irish office.
* Work closely with Partners to identify their needs and develop appropriate initiatives, policies, and procedures.
* Manage local recruitment in partnership with centralised resourcing teams based in the UK.
* Conduct induction processes, assist leavers, and conduct exit interviews.
* Manage ER issues, working with Managers and employees through disciplinary and grievance procedures.
* Support employees with health issues, absenteeism, sickness, and leave planning.
* Support the Managing Partner and Partners through performance management and promotion processes.
* Forecast, budget, and report on financial and other matters to the Executive Board.
* Support resourcing teams with annual Graduate and Trainee recruitment programmes.
Requirements:
* CIPD qualification
* Demonstrable experience working at a similar level in a large Legal, Professional Services, or Financial Services firm
* Ability to work autonomously as a decision maker and influence strategy and policy design
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working closely with cross-functional teams
