Job Title: Project Planner Location: Dublin Job Description: Our clientare looking to hirea detail-oriented and experienced Project Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in project management software, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules using industry-standard project management tools. Collaborate with project managers to monitor project progress, manage claims, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to allocate resources effectively. Prepare regular progress reports and present findings to senior management and clients. Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Participate in project meetings, providing scheduling insights to support decision-making processes. Candidate Requirements: Full, clean drivers license is essential. A qualification in engineering or a related field is desirable. Experience in civils, drainage, or utilities (water / electricity). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of Irish utility regulations and standards is a plus.
