Our client is a long-established healthcare establishment seeking a HR Officer to join their team.

As a HR Officer, you will be involved with all aspects of people services and align HR initiatives with organisational goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
The Role:
* Support with organisational design and change management initiatives, including new service development initiatives.
* Provide ongoing support and guidance on a wide range of ER issues, promoting a positive and engaged work environment.
* Conduct and support Disciplinary and Grievance processes, ensuring accurate and timely resolution and documentation of concerns.
* Drive Probation meetings and Performance Improvement Plans when required.
* Monthly HR reporting to Group HR Manager.
* Implement and ensure HR best practices across all sites.
* Conduct monthly audits of new starters.
* Support employees with HR issues or queries, facilitating timely resolutions.
* Deliver HR inductions on client sites to ensure a positive employee experience.
* Provide HR services through clinics.
* Support HR administration tasks.
* Assist with recruitment strategies, the recruitment cycle, and effective onboarding programs.
* Support and drive the initiation and rollout of the new HR Softworks Database.
* Drive performance management processes, identify training needs, and facilitate team building and leadership development.
* Develop and implement absence management policies, monitor trends, and support employee wellbeing.
The Candidate:
* 3rd level HR degree. CIPD Membership is an advantage.
* Strong HR experience, including in a unionised environment.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Analytical and problem-solving expertise.
* Familiarity with regulations in healthcare is an advantage.
* Experience with HR and Office Systems, Softworks, Office, and AI is an advantage.
* Deep understanding of Irish Healthcare industry trends.
* Organised with excellent attention to detail.
* A self-starter, self-motivated, and innovative.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective professional relationships.
* Capable of prioritising and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Full, clean driving licence as travel is required to client sites.
