About the Job
This Senior HR Manager will be part of our leadership team and report directly to the CEO. Responsibilities include employee engagement, designing and delivering new HR processes, recruitment, training and development, benchmarking activities, managing HR budgets and projects, and driving change throughout the organization.
Requirements
* 3rd level degree in HR, business studies, or a related discipline
* 4-5+ years' experience in a HR Manager or senior HR level Generalist role
* Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or construction is advantageous but not essential
* Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft applications
* Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and project management skills
