Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist Job include:
* Process invoices and credit notes in an efficient manner within established service level agreements and adhering to statutory requirements, VAT requirements, and any special country processing requirements
* Monitor the expense process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all employee reports
* Assist with reporting and queries
* Resolve customer queries in the areas of procurement, accounts payable, and employee expense management inquiries
* Maintain, understand, and follow operating procedures in line with SOX requirements
* Effectively manage and prioritize workload efficiently and accurately while promoting a positive customer service culture
* Monitor the expense process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all employee expense reports
Requirements of the Accounts Payable Specialist Job:
* Bachelor’s Degree within a related field
* Previous experience in a P2P model, preferably within a Shared Service Centre or multinational corporation
* Working knowledge in Microsoft Office
* Experience with SAP S4Hana or Procure to Pay/Treasury ERP software
* Ability to work independently & with cross-functional teams
* Highly motivated individual with meticulous attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills
* Experience working within an organization which provides services across multiple markets or geographies
* Strong customer focus orientation
