A growing project and cost management consultancy with offices across Ireland, have a new opportunity for a Graduate level Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Dublin city.
The successful Quantity Surveying graduate will have the opportunity to work with a market-leading construction cost consultancy and work across a varied project portfolio including healthcare, residential, commercial and leisure developments, where support and training will be provided.
The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have some previous industry experience, be ambitious, self-motivated and work well within a team environment assisting in providing a range of Quantity Surveying duties from project planning through to completion.
The Quantity Surveyor will be: Educationally qualified with a in Quantity Surveying Have 0-2 years post graduate experience Possess a good understanding of industry regulations Team player Building project experience is preferred A knowledge and understanding of the component parts of a project and overall construction Ambitious and self-motivated Strong IT skills including cost planning software Good organisational, communication and time management skills MUST hold eligibility to work in Ireland Salary & Benefits include: €40k-€50k depending on level of experience CPD Pension Bike to work scheme Hybrid working If you are an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor hold full permission to work in Ireland interested in opportunities within the construction industry in Ireland, please email your CV to Deborah Byrne for further details.
