HR Administrator Salary:€27,000 - €29,000 DOE (6-month FTC) Location: Dublin 1 Type: Full-time, 6-month contract Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Maintain a tidy, efficient workspace to ensure productivity.
Communication & Scheduling: Manage calls, emails, and team schedules, while organising meetings and appointments.
Recruitment Support: Post job adverts on various platforms, handle applications in compliance with GDPR, and follow company SOPs.
HR Support: Onboard new Temp Workers into our HRIS, manage queries, and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
Data & Document Management: Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and records, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Customer Service: Greet visitors and clients warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
General Support: Assist with event coordination, office supplies, and projects.
Skills & Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an office environment.
Strong communication, multitasking, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Comfortable with digital tools, software, and databases.
Detail-oriented with excellent prioritisation skills.
Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable to learning SOPs and policies.
Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
