Your Mission:
* Lead Strategic Negotiations: Secure and manage annual agreements with national purchasing centers, crafting compelling commercial proposals that foster long-term partnerships.
* Drive Sales Execution: Implement listings and promotional plans through our national sales force, proactively managing sales development and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.
* Optimize Account Performance: Own customer operating accounts, setting ambitious objectives, developing accurate forecasts, and strategically managing investments for maximum ROI.
* Cultivate Key Relationships: Employ a consultative approach to build deep, trusted relationships with key clients, exceeding their expectations and delivering exceptional value.
* Unlock Growth Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, blending strategic vision with a pragmatic approach to drive significant market expansion.
* Champion E-commerce Growth: Develop and execute our e-commerce strategy, leveraging digital platforms to enhance brand presence and drive online sales.
* Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the crucial commercial link between our brand and internal departments (Marketing, Sales Forecasting, Quality, Finance, Logistics, Production), ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
* Analyze Market Dynamics: Monitor GMS trends, analyze market performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Your Profile:
* Fluency in French: Essential for effective communication and negotiation.
* Extensive Key Account Management Experience: 5-7+ years of proven success in the French FMCG sector, ideally with a strong foundation in field sales followed by strategic account management.
* Deep FMCG Expertise: A thorough understanding of the French grocery market and its unique challenges.
* E-commerce Acumen (Preferred): Demonstrated interest and experience in the e-commerce landscape.
* Strategic & Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, develop strategic plans, and drive data-driven decisions.
* Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to build strong relationships and negotiate favorable agreements.
* Educational Background: Master's degree from a Business School or equivalent university.
