Job Title: Dutch Sales Executive
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Maastricht, Netherlands
Work Model: Monday-Friday, hybrid after training (up to 6 months). Full clean driving license required for travel between locations.
Salary: €30,000 base + estimated €10,000 in commission (uncapped)
Our client, a leading industry player committed to advancing sustainable transportation solutions, is seeking a dynamic professional to join their team as a Dutch-Speaking Sales and Negotiation Specialist. The role involves identifying and securing optimal locations for sustainable projects in the Dutch market, contributing to the widespread adoption of eco-friendly transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough market research to identify promising locations for sustainable infrastructure projects.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate agents in various Dutch regions.
3. Skillfully negotiate rental agreements and terms aligning with client specifications and sustainability goals.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to assess potential sites’ viability and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
5. Provide expert guidance on site selection by staying updated on market trends, local regulations, and environmental impact assessments.
6. Facilitate onboarding for new team members through effective training initiatives.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities in sustainable infrastructure.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
8. Native-level Dutch and fluency in English.
9. Proven experience in sales/customer service, account coordination, real estate, site selection, or location scouting.
10. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to create win-win agreements.
11. Proficient in computer skills.
12. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
13. Self-motivated with a proactive problem-solving approach.
14. Full clean driving license.
