Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless order management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaising with commercial customers to discuss orders, sales, and other related matters
* Processing sales orders and maintaining accurate records
* Keeping customers informed about the status of their orders
Requirements:
* At least 1 year's experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment
* Strong communication and IT skills, with proficiency in CRM or ERP systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Monday to Thursday: 9am - 5pm
