Job Title: Health & Safety Manager
Location: Little Island, Cork
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement and monitor the company's Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Management System on-site.
2. Promote a positive safety culture across all levels of the project, including management, contractors, and workers.
3. Conduct site inspections and prepare weekly EHS compliance reports.
4. Collaborate with the wider project team to maintain productive working relationships.
5. Coach and influence the site team to adopt and apply best EHS practices.
Specific Requirements:
* A Degree or Diploma EHS Qualification.
* 4-5+ Years in a similar role, ideally within Construction.
* IT proficiency, particularly with MS Office and database tools.
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
* Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
