Job Title: Junior Student Recruitment and Administrative Officer Location: Dublin, Ireland, this position is office based and requires 4 days onsite and one day working from home each week.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Student Recruitment and Administrative Officer to join our team in Dublin.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting student recruitment efforts and providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities: Student Recruitment: Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract prospective students. Respond to enquiries from prospective students via email, phone, and in-person meetings. Coordinate and conduct campus tours and information sessions for prospective students and their families. Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential students. Attend recruitment events, college fairs, and other outreach activities to promote the institution and recruit students. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment & programme teams, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organising meetings. Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, applications, and admissions data using CRM software. Assist with processing student applications, including reviewing documents and verifying information. Prepare and distribute informational materials, such as brochures, handbooks, and admission packets. Assist with general office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents. Student Services: Serve as a point of contact for current students, providing information and assistance as needed. Assist with student orientation programs and activities to ensure a smooth transition for new students. Collaborate with academic advisors and other departments to address student concerns and provide support services. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Education, Business Administration, Marketing, etc.). Previous experience in student recruitment, admissions, or administrative support desired. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software preferred. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed for recruitment events. Benefits: Competitive salary.
