As they continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Supervisor to join their team and contribute to the success of their projects.
About Your New Job:
As an Electrical Supervisor you will be responsible for managing a crew of trades staff with the installation of electrical systems for a range of projects. You will work closely with site managers, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our electrical installations meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
What Skill You'll Need:
1. Electrical Design: Develop detailed electrical designs, schematics, and layouts for projects, ensuring they comply with industry standards and client requirements.
2. Project Coordination: Collaborate with the mechanical engineering team and other departments to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall project designs.
3. Site Supervision: Oversee electrical installations on-site, ensuring that work is carried out according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
4. Testing & Commissioning: Lead testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, ensuring all installations operate correctly and efficiently.
5. Compliance: Ensure all electrical work adheres to relevant codes, standards, and regulations, including health and safety requirements.
6. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including technical reports, drawings, and as-built records.
7. Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide technical advice, and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.

2. Proven experience in supervision within the mechanical and electrical contracting sector.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
4. Experience with both low-voltage and high-voltage systems, power distribution, and lighting.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
