* Oversee regulatory filings, Power of Attorney management, and legal entity documentation.
* Assist with regulatory and audit information requests, ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards.
* Support diverse projects, such as regulatory implementation, incorporations, and entity liquidations.
* Collaborate with a multi-jurisdictional team to streamline processes and enhance governance frameworks.
