As our Business Manager, you will have responsibility for the activities of Dublin Nursing, driving sales and growth, fill-rate, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and building new client relationships. The Business Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the branch, ensuring quality assurance and maximum revenue generation for the branch.

Every day you will..
* Provide effective management and give advice and guidance to the branch, creating an open, positive, and inclusive atmosphere.
* Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders both within and outside the business and represent the business to relevant outside bodies, institutions, and individuals.
* Monitor team performance by reviewing objectives regularly and completing regular one-to-ones.
* Ensure compliance with the company's health and safety policies including risk and workstation assessments, accident investigations, and reporting.
* Drive sales and margin growth and business development for the Guild brand.
* Keep up to date with market activity and competitor activity.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients to achieve maximum revenue.

To thrive in this role, you must have...
* Previous and recent experience managing an office or division in a sales, recruitment, or business development role in Republic of Ireland markets.
* The ability to demonstrate consistent growth and delivery against financial targets by teams you have managed in a fast-paced sales environment.
* The ability to mentor and develop staff to maximise their potential and identify potential training requirements.
