About the Role:
They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Executive to join our diverse and fast-paced team in Munster. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts across our core and sub-brands. You'll need to exceed customer expectations, develop and execute effective sales plans, and consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to align with our strategic goals.
Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring they meet our global strategic objectives.
Sales Performance: Achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs.In-Store and Online Execution: Develop and implement best-in-class execution strategies for our products in both physical stores and online platforms.
Negotiation: Negotiate effectively with customers to drive growth in both in-store and online sales.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders to optimise marketing efforts, product distribution, visual merchandising, and forecasting accuracy.
Specific Responsibilities:
Utilise various sales techniques to expand existing business within thechannel. Develop and nurture new business relationships with customers in thewholesale distribution channel. Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by the Sales Manager. Sell across multiple brands. Build strong relationships with customers. Employ a consultative sales approach. Develop long-term partnerships with customers. Address customer concerns and provide solutions. Prepare and submit regular reports to the Sales Manager. Participate in industry events and promotional activities. Collaborate with other Sales Executives. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and competitor insights.The PersonTo be considered for this position applicants must demonstrate the following skills and experiences:Due to the nature of this role, all applicants must hold a full & valid driving licence.Minimum of 3 years of business development/field sales experience with a strong commercial brand.Experience in nurturing existing accounts and identifying new sales opportunities.Experience working in Field/Area sales and achieving KPI's. Highly motivated and able to work off your own initiative.Applicants must have proven experience in executing new sales opportunities ideally within FMCG or Retail.

As the needs of the business evolve, you may be required to undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the Sales Manager.
