A forward-thinking firm with a highly tiered Employment Team is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join the team in Dublin.
Job Description
The firm represents global financial institutions, FTSE 100 companies, and other major domestic and international businesses. As an Employment Solicitor, you will be exposed to high-quality work for some of the world's biggest name clients.
Your role will involve the full range of employment law and HR support work, including contentious and non-contentious matters such as recruitment, service agreements, executive terminations, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, and outsourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising on employment law and HR issues
* Representing clients in employment tribunals
* Providing strategic advice on employment-related matters
* Working closely with colleagues to deliver client objectives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience working in a commercial Employment team
* Excellent drafting and communication skills
* Experience of handling complex employment law cases
* A proactive and collaborative approach to work
