Duties of the role include but are not limited to the following:
• Working under the direction of the Team Lead matching candidates to client requirements.
• Managing the recruitment process from advertising, sourcing, screening, on boarding, developing strong candidate and client relationships.
• Using all social, database, networks, job boards, and company website to attract and connect with candidates.
• Complying with the recruitment processes, ensuring all candidates are fully compliant to company standards and all mandatory requirements met before placement.
• Using excellent communication skills across both written and verbal whilst always maintaining professional and well-functioning desk.
• Providing regular updates and reports on candidate pipeline status.
• Performing other duties as directed by Team Lead.
