Job Title: Grade III Clerical Officer / Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grade III Clerical Officer / Administrator to join our busy team on a temporary contract.
About the Role:
* This is a fully onsite position based in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
* The successful candidate must be available to work shift work, with 24/7 flexibility required.
Key Responsibilities:
Front of House Reception Duties:
* Greet patients in a courteous manner at all times.
* Deal with all enquiries politely and efficiently, displaying empathy when answering queries at the reception desk or over the telephone.
* Deal with ad hoc enquiries and complaints in a pleasant and responsive manner, solving problems immediately where possible and referring to an appropriate senior person if necessary.
* Ensure that all administrative duties are carried out in a professional, accurate and efficient manner at all times.
* Typing is an essential skill, with a lot of data processing involved in paperwork, accuracy is of the utmost importance.
* Strong IT skills are required, with experience working on Excel databases and updating reports.
Working Hours:
Monday to Sunday, with 24/7 flexibility required. Rosters are given in advance.
Rate of Pay:
₮16.38 per hour, plus shift allowance and double time on Sundays and public holidays. 26 days annual leave.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years administration experience, with a proven track record working in an office/call centre environment.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel.
* Fluency in English is essential.
* Excellent attention to detail.
