This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in accounts and payroll, who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:Managing end-to-end accounts payable processes, including processing supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payment runsHandling payroll processing accurately and on timeMaintaining and updating financial records across Sage and XeroUsing HRIS systems such as Alkimii for time, attendance, and payroll integrationManaging employee expenses and resolving any discrepanciesAssisting with month-end procedures and reportingCollaborating closely with HR and finance teamsKey Requirements:Proven experience in accounts payable and payroll administrationProficient in Sage and Xero accounting softwareExperience using HRIS systems, ideally AlkimiiAdvanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups etc.
