We’re on the hunt for an ambitious Paid Social Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid social media campaigns, contributing to our huge international growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign strategy & execution: Develop, execute and optimise best-in-class paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms in key markets including Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
2. Monitor campaign performance: Undertake regular audits, analysis and optimisation of campaign performance to meet and exceed targets.
3. Budget management: Manage and track budgets across paid media channels to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
4. Creative collaboration: A key team member in the creative process, working closely with the Creative and Brand teams to develop tailored ad content that resonates with key target audiences.
5. Cross-channel collaboration: Ensure the paid social strategy effectively integrates with the wider marketing strategy and other key digital marketing channels (e.g. SEO, PPC, email).
6. Community management: Building and nurturing a highly engaged community across social platforms.
7. Future proof our social presence: Keeping abreast of platform developments, new technologies and industry trends to ensure the business remains at the cutting edge of social media marketing.
8. Creative mindset: Proficiency in use of design tools (e.g. Canva) preferable.
