Finance Systems Manager
About the Organisation:

Role Purpose:
This is an exciting independent senior role within our finance team, reporting to the Head of Finance. The organisation is currently undergoing a period of transition, requiring improvements to systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Continue the rollout of our current finance system across all areas of operation.
2. Conduct thorough assessments and document existing financial processes across the organisation to identify areas for improvement.
3. Lead on the implementation of process improvements, simplifying processes and identifying opportunities for automation and digital transformation within the finance function.
4. Develop and implement tools for finance teams to assist with finance reporting, budgeting, and process improvements.
5. Manage the implementation of systems upgrades, ensuring integrations with other systems are in place and running efficiently.
6. Investigate the use of new technology relevant to the finance function within the organisation.
7. Develop and present training sessions for finance users as required.
8. Establish systems to track metrics efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
* Hands-on experience of systems implementation.
* Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
* Strong knowledge of Excel and other reporting tools.
* A high level of initiative, motivation, commitment, and professionalism.
* Excellent verbal, analytical, organisational, and written skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Experience leading teams through transformation.
