Job Title: Personal Assistant
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team in Kilkenny. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to key members of the team, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for the General Manager, responding to calls and dealing with clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
* Provide administrative support, including diary management, minute taking at board meetings, and creating meeting agendas.
* Organise internal and external meetings, manage all correspondence, and prepare presentation slides and materials using PowerPoint.
* Assist with coordination and management of special projects, as required, and undertake various ad-hoc administration duties.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a Personal Assistant role.
* Well-developed IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* The ability to adapt to changes in the working environment while working within tight deadlines.
* Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
* Experience in handling confidential information, demonstrating high levels of integrity and discretion.
