We're looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to fuel revenue growth and customer acquisition at Scorebuddy. Focusing on key industries like BPO, Technology, Financial Services, Retail, Betting and Gaming, Healthcare, and Energy & Utilities, you'll design and execute data-driven campaigns, optimise the marketing funnel, and scale impactful strategies. This is a role for a creative, analytical professional eager to make a measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Management
* Plan, execute and optimise growth marketing campaigns tailored to key industries including BPO, Technology, Financial Services, Retail, Betting and Gaming, Healthcare, and Energy & Utilities, across multiple channels (e.g., paid, organic, email, social).
* Develop industry-specific strategies to address unique pain points and drive engagement with target audiences.
* Focus on middle-market and enterprise-level customer segments to scale demand generation efforts effectively.
Revenue-Driven Campaigns
* Design marketing initiatives explicitly aimed at driving revenue, using KPIs such as pipeline contribution, deal velocity, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
* Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with revenue goals and ensure seamless lead handoffs.
Identify Growth Opportunities
* Develop strategies to capture customer value and drive sustainable growth across key industries.
* Identify and implement innovative growth opportunities, such as emerging channels, partnerships, or tools specific to targeted industries.
Data-Driven Decision Making
* Leverage data insights to optimize conversion rates, customer retention, and campaign ROI.
* Build and maintain dashboards to track growth metrics such as revenue attribution, funnel performance, and lifetime value (LTV).
* Use data analytics to monitor and analyse performance, refining strategies based on results.
Experimentation and Innovation
* Execute A/B testing strategies to refine messaging, targeting, and channels for maximum impact.
* Design and implement testing processes to improve campaign effectiveness across all customer touchpoints.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
* Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align goals and initiatives.
* Partner with content creators to produce industry-relevant and revenue-focused assets.
* Ensure marketing strategies are informed by customer needs and market trends.
Customer-Centric Approach
* Develop a deep understanding of customer personas and behaviours across industries to craft tailored messaging.
* Enhance customer engagement and retention through data-driven personalization and industry insights.
* Conduct research to understand customer behaviour and preferences.
Budget Management
* Optimize marketing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
* Ensure that all marketing activities provide a high return on investment.
Digital Marketing Channel Oversight
* Oversee digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and content marketing.
* Scale high-performing campaigns and expand reach in targeted industries.
Leadership and Ownership
* Own performance metrics directly tied to revenue growth, such as marketing-sourced pipeline and bookings.
* Act as a key contributor to the company's growth trajectory, reporting on outcomes and making data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to ensure campaigns remain relevant and impactful.
What are we looking for:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
* 5+ years in growth marketing (SaaS, mid-market, or enterprise focus).
* Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing, CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
* Experience with marketing automation and campaign management tools.
* Proven track record of driving measurable business growth through marketing initiatives.
* Strong data analysis skills with ability to derive actionable insights.
* Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Results-oriented creative thinker who thrives in collaborative environments.
