About the Role
HireForce is delighted to be working with a rapidly growing Start Up in the Pharmaceutical Industry that is looking for a Financial Accountant to join their finance team.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop internal financial reports to facilitate strategic analysis of business performance, growth trends, and inform management decision-making.
* Produce external financial reports for stakeholders, offering a detailed summary of the organization's financial status.
* Oversee and support the annual external financial audit process.
* Analyze and report on the company's cost structure and product performance.
* Establish and maintain cash flow planning and monitoring systems to meet operational budgets effectively.
* Manage costs related to direct labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
* Provide financial insights and planning to guide strategic decisions and support global expansion efforts.
* Uphold strong internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial operations and data.
* Evaluate and enforce compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies while promoting operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a finance or accounting role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver actionable insights.
* Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
