Job Title: Bid Manager

The CSR Group is recruiting for an experienced Bid Manager on behalf of a leading main contractor.
This role is a permanent, full-time position with potential hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the bid management process from inception to submission, ensuring all deadlines are met.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop compelling bid proposals.
* Conduct thorough research to understand client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
* Coordinate with subject matter experts to create technical and financial documentation.
* Review and enhance bid content for clarity, consistency, and compliance.
* Maintain a repository of bid-related documents and templates for future use.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous development of the bid management function.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in bid management, preferably in the Construction industry.
* Strong understanding of contract management principles and practices.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
* Engineering Degree is desirable.
