What’s the Opportunity
Daft.ie is Ireland’s largest property portal, with a mission to make buying and selling property simple for everyone across the country. With over 3 million users visiting our website and apps every month, we’re driven by the opportunity to enhance the home buying and selling experience. If you’re excited to do impactful work that reaches hundreds of thousands of people daily, this could be the perfect role for you.
We’re seeking a dedicated Training Consultant to work with estate agents across Ireland, helping them grow their businesses through vendor-funded marketing strategies. As part of this role, you'll educate and support agents, empowering them to offer vendor-funded advertising (VFA) as a key value proposition to property sellers.
This role is strategically vital in educating and assisting agents to effectively communicate the value of Advantage Ads to vendors. By highlighting the connection between increased listing exposure, attracting more buyer leads, and ultimately achieving a higher sales price for their clients, agents can demonstrate the benefits of these ads. Additionally, Advantage Ads provide agents with opportunities to secure new listings through incremental seller leads and enhanced brand exposure.
This is a part-time position (2 days per week), ideal for a motivated individual passionate about training, development, and driving growth in the property sector.
What will I be doing
1. Deliver Training Programs
o Educate real estate agents on the benefits and implementation of vendor-funded advertising to enhance their business performance.
o Facilitate workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to agents’ needs.
2. Provide Practical Tools and Resources
o Equip agents with scripts, checklists, and guides to effectively pitch vendor-funded advertising to sellers.
o Deliver customised training materials that agents can use in their daily interactions with clients.
3. Foster Confidence and Competence
o Coach agents to build confidence in discussing vendor-funded marketing with sellers.
o Use role-playing, situational exercises, and feedback sessions to reinforce learning and address challenges.
4. Collaborate with Stakeholders
o Capture feedback from agents and internal teams to continuously improve training effectiveness.
5. Monitor and Measure Impact
o Track training participation and effectiveness through feedback, success stories, and performance metrics.
o Identify areas where additional support is needed and communicate accordingly.
What skills and experience do I need
* Training Expertise: Proven experience in delivering engaging, results-driven training programs, ideally within real estate or a similar sales environment.
* Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with the Irish real estate market and vendor-funded advertising is a strong advantage.
* Communication Skills: Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, and coaching abilities.
* Adaptability: A proactive approach to tailoring training to diverse agent needs and market conditions.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to plan, deliver, and track training activities effectively.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly motivated team that values creativity, collaboration, and growth. You’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact by empowering real estate agents with the skills and strategies they need to succeed and grow their businesses.
