Job Description
This role involves mentoring, training, and managing the design team, ensuring all projects meet industry standards while driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the design team, overseeing multiple projects.
* Ensure design compliance with industry regulations and standards.
* Oversee Revit and BIM workflows to enhance efficiency.
* Develop and implement design SOPs, manuals, and procedures.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of team members.
* Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely design updates.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve design challenges.
* Maintain LPCB standards and accreditation compliance.
Essential Criteria:
* 5+ years of construction design experience.
* Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
* Min 2 yrs exp of team management experience.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
