Marketing Executive
The Role
Hayes are seeking to build a marketing team and are seeking a marketing executive with 2-3 years marketing and communications experience, ideally gained in a professional services role.
This is a particularly varied and interesting role with a growing and dynamic team that’s looking to do things differently.
The successful candidate will support the firm's brand and market positioning and encompasses all aspects of the marketing mix. Hayes are looking for an understanding of client-centric marketing communications, including digital and social, PR, print and design, advertising as well as events and business development experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop professionally and contribute to the growth and development of our firm in a variety of ways.
Key Responsibilities
Creative: To work with external designers on drafting and creation of marketing materials and literature, as well as digital media and video;
Digital: Driving a ‘digital first’ agenda to help lead strategic digital content to clients and targets;
Strategy: To develop a good understanding of the strategic objectives and to work with the practice areas and colleagues in order to support them in achieving these objectives;
Events: To provide support on a very active virtual and physical events programme;
Support the directory and awards submission process for our European practices as well as leading on regional tenders and pitches.
Qualifications
Candidates should have 2-3 years' marketing and communications experience, ideally gained in a professional services role e.g. law or accountancy;
Candidates should be educated to degree level (preferably in marketing/business, economics or law although this is not essential).

A team player capable of building good working relationships;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines;
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentations;
Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite or InDesign (desirable).
