The Working with Third Parties (WwTP) program is implementing a holistic approach to support consistent, efficient, and effective decision making and determining potential inherent risk. The central team’s scope encompasses priority business and risk areas across all stages of the third party collaboration lifecycle.
Successful execution of this strategy will reduce third party risk, strengthen capabilities, drive consistency and efficiency, and reduce cost.
The scope of the TPRM Hub Team will include the following:
* Create and maintain policies, procedures, and training to drive consistent TPRM for third party use.
* Liaise with Risk Domain Partners to create and maintain: Risk Definitions, Tolerances, and Required Training for TPMOs, Engagement Owners, and Third Parties.
* Construct and own the overall TPRM Program.
* Own the enterprise WwTP technology solution.
* Provide oversight of the WwTP initial and ongoing monitoring due diligence processes.
* Report progress and results to Senior Leadership including, but not limited to, the CPO, the SVP of Ethics & Compliance, and the Compliance & Enterprise Risk Management Committee (CERMC).
Responsibilities:
* Execution and coordination of end-to-end process & risk management activities/process steps throughout the WwTP lifecycle (Evaluate and Select, Contract and Onboard, Manage and Monitor, Terminate or Renew).
* Support data analytics to determine and onboard new third parties to the WwTP program.
* Assess Intake/Inherent Risk Questionnaire forms for completeness and perform good order review checks.
* Initiate and coordinate due diligence activities with Risk Domain Partners, Third Party Management Offices (TPMOs), Risk Assessors and Engagement Owners as necessary.
* Coordinate ongoing monitoring activities in conjunction with Risk Partners, Third Party Management Offices (TPMOs), Risk Assessors and Engagement Owners as required.
* Monitor and manage ongoing screening processes in the WwTP Tool (Aravo).
* Coordinate actions arising from all screening/monitoring processes with responsible parties.
* Accountable for updating Leverage Existing Assessment Framework (LEAF) file and lead LEAF meeting.
* Accountable for monitoring Assessment Coordination file and lead meeting.
* Monitor and track all due diligence and monitoring activities to completion within the WwTP Tool.
* Monitor and track completion of ongoing assessments within the WwTP Tool.
* Serve as a day-to-day liaison for the business partners/stakeholders for WwTP related questions through WwTP mailbox or other channels.
* Perform/oversee initial review of process and risk metrics aggregated and address inquiries regarding reporting/dashboards.
* Perform/oversee sample Quality Assurance (QA) on WwTP activities completed throughout the lifecycle.
* Perform all activities within prescribed Service Level Agreements.
* Document activities through the process within the WwTP Tool.
Qualifications/Competencies:
* Bachelor’s Degree.
* Experience working in a risk environment.
