Tech Recruiter (Contractor)
Overview
We have a contracting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition specialist (via 3rd party Vendor) to help us scale our business and drive our technology hiring across Europe based in our European Tech HQ in Dublin.
We're looking for an engaging individual to join a high performing team where there is a real focus on direct hiring.
You will play a vital role in the delivery of scrum teams across our European Tech HQ and the wider regional offices. You'll partner with stakeholders across the business to hire a diverse mix of roles from Software Engineers across functional roles such as TPM's & PMT's.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology and recruitment, but believes in candidate experience and the power of inclusion.
Responsibilities
1. Work as a true recruitment partner with technology stakeholders, responsible for end-to-end hiring, idea generation, networking, market intelligence, benchmarking data, and reporting on recruitment activity and market insights.
2. Have a strategic & growth mindset.
3. Be pro-active to facilitate the business's needs and the team's urgency, becoming the go-to person for recruitment.
4. Challenge the status quo.
5. Bring in-depth knowledge of Technology recruitment.

About You
1. Previous Talent Acquisition/Agency & or ideally in-house technology recruitment delivery (end-to-end) experience.
2. Experience of direct sourcing with different talent attraction and sourcing methods.
3. Deep knowledge of the local and wider Tech recruitment marketplace.
4. Work to build talent pools.
5. Experience of using Workday is a plus.
6. Use social media in your recruitment approach.
7. Strive for innovation and seek new ways to improve talent attraction and recruitment practices.
