Our client is looking for aForeman/Site Managerto join their team in Limerick. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work on the two sites that are next to each other on the project, ensuring high quality and timely completion of the work. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will have experience in the above.
Duties and responsibilities: Supervision of sites, Employees subcontractors and suppliers.Ensuring the project is delivered as per the agreed scope.Maintenance of accurate documentation on site including full management of the H&S file.Ensuring that all H&S measures are in place to safely deliver any project and maintain the highest standards of H&S management.Requirements: 2yrs+ experience as a Site Manager.Proven experience as a Foreperson or similar supervisory role in the construction industry.Strong trades background is preferred but not essential.Keen eye for detail to ensure the projects are achieving the quality needed.Ability to work on your own initiative.Self-motivated, Ambitious, and dedicated.Analytical and decision-making skills.Proficient with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry specific software.A strong remuneration and benefits package is on offer for the right candidate.
