Conaty Food and Catering Supplies Job Description
As part of our continuing expansion, Conaty Food and Catering Supplies, one of Ireland's premier suppliers to the hospitality industry, is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor. This position involves working in a busy office environment, dealing with customer queries, taking customer orders, and upselling to customers on the phone. Admin support for the sales team is also an important part of the role.
Previous experience in a similar role is required. This role will ideally suit an outgoing person who is willing to work as part of a team. Within this role, there is great potential for the right candidate to further their career within our company.
The ideal candidate should possess the following traits:
* Excellent phone manner with fluent English
* Able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
* Good computer skills, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel
* Possess excellent attention to detail
The hours for this role are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
