Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Tallaght, Co. Dublin
Salary: €32,000 - €35,000 per annum
Location: Fully onsite
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales administration, strong IT skills, and a proactive attitude to support the day-to-day running of the business.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales administration
* Strong PC skills, with a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Essential)
* Proven experience in sales and purchasing administration (Essential)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work both as part of a team and independently, making decisions as required
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering phone calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
* Logging support calls and coordinating with relevant teams
* Working closely with the operations, sales, and accounts teams
* Assisting with maintaining departmental files and documentation
* Procurement and liaising with suppliers regarding pricing and lead times
* Organizing engineers' schedules on a daily and weekly basis
* Updating the in-house system for on-road engineers
* Creation and updating of sales quotes
* Updating sales quotes in the company’s internal accounts system
* Logging all hardware for projects and day-to-day installations
* Preparing post-work reports for clients
* Updating the company website and social media platforms
* Managing and maintaining the online store
* Performing any other ad-hoc duties as required
