Job Summary
The Accounts and Administration Assistant will provide essential support to a busy head office, working closely with the Finance and Operations team. This varied role involves daily Accounts and Administrative tasks, general business support, and ensuring seamless operations on a full-time permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process purchase invoices from email for approval and posting to Sage for various companies, addressing supplier queries.
* Banks and creditor reconciliation.
* Raising sales invoices and managing customer accounts.
* Support weekly and monthly finance and KPI reports.
* Work in various currencies and manage suppliers worldwide.
* Organize travel arrangements, arrange visas, and update diaries as needed.
* Procure office and cleaning supplies and services.
* Liaise with outside service providers including IT and building maintenance.
* General business administrative support, including CRM tasks, onboarding new staff, contractors, and clients.
* Support the implementation of ISO across the business.
The Ideal Candidate:
* A minimum of 3 years of senior accounting experience, supporting a small team in a fast-paced SME environment.
* IATI qualification or Business Degree/Diploma with finance.
* Proficiency in Sage, CRM applications, and MS Office suite, including SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* A dynamic, highly motivated individual with a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently.
* Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across the organization.
