New Business Development Executive – Managed Print Services

Our client, a reputable Irish-owned provider of Managed IT Services, is experiencing significant growth and is looking for an experienced Business Development Expert – Managed Print Services to join their expanding team.

This role is dedicated to acquiring new corporate clients, building strong customer relationships, and driving long-term account growth. Initially, the focus will be on securing new business, gradually transitioning into account management as client partnerships develop.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work as a core member of the Managed Print Services Sales Team, reporting to the Sales Lead.
* Proactively identify and engage prospective corporate clients to drive new business development.
* Transition new clients into managed accounts, steadily increasing service offerings and strengthening customer engagement.
* Build and maintain a network of B2B IT procurement decision-makers through self-initiated outreach and professional networking.
* Occasionally receive targeted leads from internal marketing, dormant account lists, or inter-departmental referrals.
* Work within a fast-paced team environment, contributing to both individual and team sales goals.
* Primarily office-based, with potential for hybrid arrangements based on performance and in agreement with the Sales Lead. Travel to client sites and participation in approved networking and training sessions is required.
* Adhere to performance metrics based on a balanced scorecard, focusing on revenue, customer satisfaction, internal processes, and continuous learning.
* Leverage existing professional networks to generate leads and identify prospective corporate clients.
* Independently research and source potential customer lists.
* Collaborate with the technical presales team to align client needs with tailored solutions.
* Conduct targeted campaigns using market insights and directives from the MPS Sales Lead.
* Prepare and submit detailed proposals and tenders for new business opportunities.
* Produce accurate quotes and process orders with meticulous attention to detail.
* Maintain up-to-date customer interaction records on CRM and PSA systems.
* Update and manage pipeline activity, working towards achieving established sales targets.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to meet broader business objectives.
* Demonstrate commercial awareness and strategic thinking in customer engagements.
* Engage in continuous learning and professional growth under the guidance of the MPS Sales Lead.
* Comply with all data protection and information security protocols.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business or a technical field; exceptions may be made based on demonstrable experience.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Managed Print Services sales with a service provider or reseller.
* HP Sales Certification (or willingness to obtain within the first 12 months).
* Fluent English, both written and spoken.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and strong general IT skills.
* Full, clean manual driver’s license valid in Ireland.
* Proven experience in tender and professional documentation preparation.
* Project management skills or certifications are advantageous.

Pay: €26,350.01-€71,143.19 per year
Additional pay:
* Bonus pay.
