Job Title: Audit Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Audit Manager to join our Audit & Assurance department at a leading firm in Wexford.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of audit clients across various industries.
* Deliver audit and accounting engagements within agreed timelines while ensuring seamless client and team communications.
* Plan, execute, and finalise audit assignments with the highest standards.
* Lead and manage members of the audit team for excellence and career development.
* Maintain proactive working relationships with clients to ensure year-round engagement and satisfaction.
* Research and resolve technical queries from clients.
* Provide top-quality auditing services that meet or exceed client expectations.
* Oversee the completion of audit engagements from start to finish.
Requirements:
* ACA or ACCA qualifications.
* 2-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
* Previous supervisory, team lead, or managerial experience.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong technical skills.
* Awareness of business trends and emerging industry developments.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong leadership skills with prioritisation and time management abilities.
* A self-starter mindset for critical assessment and analysis.
