Job Description
This is an exciting and challenging role within a continuously growing organisation poised for rapid expansion.
Main Responsibilities
* Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the Centre, encompassing sales, client services, suppliers, billing, administration, marketing, and community engagement.
* Manage all aspects of office sales, renewals, meeting room sales, virtual office sales, and general marketing efforts.
* Monitor and update annual reviews on all client contracts, including adjustments to license fees, service charges, car parking, IT fees, and other relevant details.
* Maintain exceptional customer service standards, serving as the primary point of contact for internal client requests and ensuring prompt resolutions in line with company policies.
* Coordinate targeted mail shots to tenants, providing timely updates and follow-ups.
* Assume reception duties, including telephone answering, post, and email management.
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure high-quality service, addressing any issues that arise.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced Property/Facilities Management/Hospitality environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
* Demonstrated expertise in Customer Services, Marketing, and General Administration.
* Full authorisation to work in Ireland, with necessary visas or sponsorships in place.
