Regional Sales Director of Wide Format
Konica Minolta seeks a skilled Regional Sales Director to drive sales in the East Region, focusing on Wide Format and associated solutions. This role will increase KMBS' footprint in the UV InkJet Wide Format market and penetrate top industrial print accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop go-to-market business plans for the region and each market supported.
* Create a uniform sales process for AccurioWide equipment & solutions for field sales reps & specialists.
* Identify key applications fitting inside our Production Print portfolio.
* Articulate total cost of ownership advantages with AccurioWide products.
* Assist in customer/prospect strategy, relationships, proposals, demonstrations, and partnerships.
* Train Production Print Specialists on Konica Minolta AccurioWide portfolio.
* Collaborate with Direct & Industrial Print teams in developing pipelines, activity, and forecasting for AccurioWide.
* Establish high-level customer and prospect relationships.
* Assess sales skills of Commercial Print Specialists and create customized training paths.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and work processes throughout the selling process.
* Drive company objectives of profitable Production Print hardware, sales, and service revenues.
* Emphasize customer retention and growth along with strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
* 4-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
* 10 years' sales experience in industrial & production print (IPP) industry, focusing on Wide Format, Large Format, or Grand Format equipment.
* Documented history of meeting and exceeding quotas.
* Strategic product and prospect knowledge of Wide Format & InkJet equipment/solutions.
* Current on industry trends, challenges, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
* Strong knowledge of competitive strategy, equipment, applications, and solutions.
* Strong presentation and communications skills.
* Time management and organizational discipline.
* Mac and software knowledge required.
