We have an exciting new opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our global electronics and medical equipment manufacturing site in the Midlands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of Automated electro-acoustic lines to ensure the company's production plan and OEE targets are achieved.
Job Responsibilities:
* Perform various complex machine operations that require close tolerance or high precision to produce specific parts of different products in line with quality standards.
* Monitor machine output on the shift and ensure all cells are running to cycle time and meet specific OEE targets.
* Report status to the next shift in a structured handover, and as required to the supervisor/Manager or other relevant departments.
* Carry out Scheduled Preventative Maintenance as required.
* Ensure health and safety are followed in the area and report any observations/issues.
* Monitor and maintain the 6S Culture to target levels and lead by example to ensure production areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness.
Job Requirements:
* Minimum 2 Years in Experience within an Automated Production Environment.
* Third Level Qualification in a Relevant Engineering Course or QQI Level 6 Trade Qualification.
* Experience in Pneumatics, Electronics, PLCs
* Strong Communication Skills and ability to work as part of a team.
