Enterprise Sales Executive
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in our client's growth journey while helping to transform the assessment landscape.
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for managing the entire sales process-from receiving leads from the Business Development team to closing new business and handing it over to the Aftersales team.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Pre-Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Services, Product, and Engineering, to ensure the success of your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and manage a portfolio of sales opportunities, achieving revenue targets.
* Build and nurture your sales pipeline in line with the Sales plan and strategy.
* Identify and close commercial opportunities, leveraging relationships and ongoing engagement.
* Lead tendering processes, collaborating with Pre-Sales Enterprise Consultants to create and submit high-quality proposals.
* Closing deals in a timely manner, ensuring all activities are captured in CRM and aligned with sales quotas.
* Proactively source and evaluate new sales opportunities using your network and creativity.
* Take a consultative approach to understand client needs and demonstrate how our solution can solve their challenges.
* Presentation at sales and marketing events when required.
* Provide market feedback and insights to relevant internal teams for continuous improvement.
* Work collaboratively to ensure smooth transitions when handing over clients to the Aftersales team.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
* At least 3-5 years' experience in SaaS software and services sales.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets with accurate forecasting.
* Excellent proposal writing and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail.
* Familiarity with software implementation services or consultancy is a plus.
* Strong client relationship-building skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
* Excellent organizational, time management, and deadline-meeting skills.
* Self-starter who plans activities in a structured manner while recognizing the importance of teamwork.
* Passion for technology and proficiency in office applications.
