Job Summary

This role will provide technical support relating to equipment utilized in the manufacturing areas by repairing, maintaining or modifying production equipment.

Key Responsibilities

* Installation and Equipment Validation: Ensure all equipment is installed, validated and ready for operation.
">
* Scheduled Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance, diagnose and troubleshoot faults to minimize downtime.
">
* Mechanical, Pneumatics and Electrical Systems: Perform skilled maintenance and repair on mechanical, pneumatics and electrical systems.
">
* Process Leadership: Lead on maintenance and process issues to resolve problems efficiently.
">
* Blueprint and Schematic Interpretation: Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics to understand equipment functionality.
">
* Training and Certification: Certify and train manufacturing associates in production processes.
">
* Corrective Actions: Identify and implement corrective actions for manufacturing related issues.
">

Reporting Structure
">
This role will report to a Process Engineering Manager as part of a team of approximately 20, including process engineers and manufacturing technicians.

Requirements

* Qualification: Minimum level 6 qualification (Trade or Third-level equivalent)
">
* Skills: Electrical and mechanical skills are desired, along with technical and fault-finding skills.
