Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Manager with a genuine passion for fine food and outstanding hospitality to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and delightful dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational: Maintain service standards, conduct shift meetings, foster guest relations, and provide floor presence and management.
* People Management: Recruit, train, evaluate, and discipline team members.
* Financial Management: Optimize staffing costs, capitalize on sales opportunities, prepare profit and loss statements, forecast revenue, and report on financial performance.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, hygiene protocols, fire safety measures, and licensing requirements.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be an inspirational leader with at least three years' experience as Supervisor/Manager of a high-volume, upscale restaurant. They should possess a hands-on approach, enthusiasm for management, and a genuine desire to develop and nurture a happy, high-performing team.
