Job Description
The Graduate Electrical Engineer will play a key role in resolving engineering problems and tasks assigned to them. With access to a pool of knowledge and experience from across the globe, our graduates and experienced staff will provide support when needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to world-class projects for global clients within the Life Sciences sector.
* Collaborate with a professional team of experts in delivering complex facilities.
* Participate in engineering design reviews (GMP, safety, operational, maintenance).
* Utilize computer-assisted engineering and design software to prepare documents.
* Research and document design options for Senior Engineers and Line Managers.
* Ensure drawings and designs adhere to IPS engineering and design standards.
* Promote Health and Safety in all aspects of Electrical Design and Construction.
* Support computations and quantity estimates for smaller projects.
* Interface with engineers globally and maintain organized project files.
* Take ownership of projects under Senior Electrical Engineer supervision.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
* Proven skills in computer operation for engineering design programs and Revit.
* Desire to achieve CEng with Engineers Ireland/CIBSE/I Mech E.
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within a multi-discipline team.
